ABOUT THE HOST
I’m just a girl in love with everything books! My literary journey began at the age of eight when I started writing poetry, and it has been nothing short of amazing ever since. I launched the "Between The Pages with Markela" podcast, where I share my passion for literature, interview author and connect with fellow book lovers.
In addition to my podcast, I co-founded Indie Hood Society, a sisterhood of independent authors, where I proudly serve as President. Together with the incredible team, we’re excited to embark on new adventures and expand our brand. This year, we’re gearing up for our first event, “Characters In The City,” and we can’t wait to celebrate with like-minded authors and readers.
